SPEED AND THE SLEUTH TEAM UP FOR BATHURST
Published 30 September 2013
The V8 Sleuth is back on SPEED next week in the lead up to Bathurst ..
SPEED TV Australia has been a real hit with Australian motorsport fans since it first debuted a few years ago.
The V8 Sleuth himself Aaron Noonan has been a regular with the guys and girls at SPEED in a number of roles, including hosting the 2013 World Superbike Championship opener from Phillip Island, filling in as host on SPEED News Australia and calling all the action in the growing Kumho V8 Touring Car Series.
Next week though it's all about Mount Panorama and the Sleuth will team up with Jess Yates and four-time Bathurst winner Greg Murphy as SPEED bring a one-hour preview show from the Mountain on Thursday October 10.
The Sleuth will be catching up with a range of guests, including reigning champs Jamie Whincup and Paul Dumbrell as well as internationals Ryan Briscoe, Marc Lieb and Jeroen Bleekemolen.
But before the SPEED Bathurst special airs, the channel and the ol Sleuth himself have teamed up to create 'SPEED V8 Supercar Classics', with a couple of Bathursts kicking off things next week.
Action from the 2005 race will air on Tuesday October 8 and action from the 2007 race will air the following evening.
It's all a precursor to more SPEED V8 Supercar Classics down the track, so keep your eyes out for updates and information relating to those during the year.
SPEED is on channel 512 on Foxtel in Australia and is available via the Foxtel Go app for subscribers on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
